The giurineer f ther agree to furnish r4is3ced ,%1stim}etas of
cost on the waterworks system, whenever reque wpad by the Town.
In case of a dispute as to what is properly inm.lu,ied as
engineering and inspection under this; contract, the 'state Sanitary
Engineer shall be consulted and his dealgion shall he finnl and
binding on both parties.

Notion was made by Councilman and seconded by
Councilman that the Mayor be an he is hereby instructed
and authorix d to sign the agreement as read, on behalf of the
Town of Iowa for the employment of the Engineers on
the proposed v+ater orks sy4t-em, which contract is hereby approved
