Hasbrouck moved, Petereon seconded that a deed to lot numbered eight, in section 13, of block3 in the Ault Cemetery be given to Mr. Homer R. Cuthbertson. All present voted Aye. Hasbrouck moved, Sivers seconded that the meeting adjourn subject to the call of the Mayor. All Tpresent voted Aye. Attest REGULAR MEETING Sept, 6th 1927 A regular meeting of the Board of• Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by May=or Anderson at 8:00 P.M. on the above date. Upon roll call the following members were found present, McIntyre, Sivers, aid Young. Absent were Hasbrouck, Newman, and Peterson. As there was no quoram, Young moved, Sivers seconded that the meting adjourn subject to the call. of the Mayor. Clerk ADJOURNED MEETING Sept. 19th, 1927 An adjourned meetieg of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by Mayor Andereoi at 8:00 P.M. on the above date. Upon roll call the following members were found present, Hasbrouck, McIntyre, Peterson, Sivers and Young. Absent Newman. The _minutes of the proceeding meting were read and approved as read. Mr. L.M.Duncan's request for a building permit was read. Hasbrouck. mov- ed, Sivers seconded that Mr. Duncan be granted permission to erect a buil- ding 25 by 50 feet on Lot 6 of McGlenns addition to the Town of Ault, said building to conform with the fire Ordinance of the Town. All present voted Aye. The Mayor reported that a concrete crossing had been put in at the in- tersection of Grafe Avenue and First Street for the benefit o± school chil- dren, and• that the School Dist had agreed to ray half of the cost. Sivers moved, Young seconded that one half of the bill of J . `gip. Duncan, for this crossing be allowed. All present voted Aye. Mr. rete _•son stated that it was his o- . it ion that the Board should take some action on the paveing petition and they would not need a walk here if the paving was put in. After a lengthy discussion the Mayor submitted the following petition to the Board. After another lengthy discussion Sivers moved, McIntyre seconded that the paving petition be tabled, owing to the petition that had been filed asking for the withdrawl of the above me:: tiond names, leaving not sufficent signers for the adoption of the pave- ing petition and that this petition and the motion dispose is g of it be published.
