- Approval Not Required: #2016-17 — Applicant: Eric Olkkola (represented by Philip Scholomiti, Ryder &
Wilcox), 0 Stony Brook Road, Map 6, Lot 26 and Map 15, Lot 29 seeks to divide two pre-existing non-
conforming, vacant lots (registered property) in order to provide additional land to his easterly abutting property
located at 151 Stony Brook Road.

Zoning District. The applicant is seeking to modify a Special Permit#2011-01 for a sand and gravel operation
pursuant to Section 179-39 (Sand and Gravel Operations) of the Zoning Bylaws and MA General Laws
Chapter 40A Section 9 to begin mining a new area.

Applicant: Cumberland Farms, Inc. Owner: Brewster Main Street Realty; Representative: E. James Veara, Esq., for
property located at 2639 Main Street(Route 6A) Brewster, Assessors' Map 89, Lot 18 (formerly Map 15, Lot 07) in the
VB and RM Zoning Districts. The Applicant is requesting to raze the existing row commercial building on the west side
of the lot and replace it with a retail store with fuel dispensers and a canopy.

Owner: Brewster Main Street Realty; Representative: E. James Veara, Esq., for property located at 2639 Main Street
(Route 6A) Brewster, Assessors' Map 89, Lot 18 (formerly Map 15, Lot 07) in the VB and RM Zoning Districts. The
Applicant is requesting to replace one (1) ground sign and three (3) other signs with one (1) ground sign and two (2)
other signs, but because of the total area of these signs, Cumberland seeks a special permit under the provisions of
the Brewster Code§179-20.1J.
