A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK SPORT
FIELDS FENCE CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS
BEING COMPLETE
~
WHEREAS, on April 15, 1997, the City Council awazded a contract of $74,695.00
to All-Pro Fence Company for the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Fence Construction; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 15, 1997, and was completed on
February 9, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $81,149.48; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields
Fence Construction, Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
