The question of 'AT. Larson ruitnieg water in the street around the Park
as raised. It was thought that if Yr. Lsrson could be given a permanent
right of way around the Park that he would relinquish his right of way
thru the worth part of town. This Was left to the street and alley committee
to try and reach some agreement with Yr. Larson fefore another year.
Mr. Hasbrouck suggested that the cold tin fire house be sold and moved
and some public toilets put in its chaos. Mr. Sivers suggested that the old
b� made into temporary toilets for Home core :in.g day to�7be head Sept. 30th.
After soiie discussion the matter of.providing toilets and disposeing of
the fire house was turned over to the Street and Alley . Comm it tee.
Fred Grafes well near the Cont. Oil Co. eras declared to be a nuisance
and the marshall was eked to take care of this.
Mr. McIntyre then broueht up the question of licenseing concessions
for the harvest festival. After some discussion McIntyre moved Sivers
seconded that in view of the fact that the community Club were sponcering
the festival and celebration the Board turn over the 1 is ense in g and the
proceeds of concessions to the Club. All present voted Aye.
The folio ring list of bills were read and ok' ed by the finance committee.

Young moved, Peter on seconded that the bills be allowed as read. and
warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same. All present voted Aye.
Peterson reported that Mr. J .F. Fiddl er had been hired to • take care of
the Cemetery during the summer months for tie salary of $10.00 per month.
He also reported that the N..R.Co. had repaired the fence arounf. the R.R.
park.
Mr. Tegtmann asked that the Board raise the pay of .$r. Hubbard 15.00
per month and increase his hours to insure better protection to the busi-
ness houses during the potato and beet harvest.
Young riioved, -McIntyre Seconded that Mr. Hubbards _rds salary be increased
'15.00 per month for the period of the fall work. All present voted Aye.
The Clerk then brought up the eaatter of r I:airine the sidewalks in town.
After song discussion this matter was turned over to the Street & Alley
committee.,
Hasbrouck moved, Peterson seconded that a deed to Lot numb :red 12 in sect-
ion 13 of hock 3 in the Ault Cemetery be given to Mr. A.W.Bever. All pre-
sent voted Aye. •
Sivers moved, McIntyre seconded that the meeting adjourn subject to the
call of the May r. All resent voted Aye.
