regular Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
A r��;al�.r O f the called to order by Mayor Anderson,- at 8:45 P.M. on the above date.
Upon roll call ll the following members were found y r .lit; Hasbrouck,
McIntyre, Peterson, and 3iver s. Absent Newman and Young.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. Cain was present and addressad the meeting in regard to an adver-
tising proposition. Mr. Cain proposed to sell the Town a space in a mag-
azine in an effort to draw tourists to the Town. The Board rejected his
proposition.
A communication from Mors3 Bros. Supply Co. of Denver, in regard to

IT.P.R,R.Co. regarding repair of : idew lks was read. The Clark was instru-
cted to write Morse Bros., and offer the pump for sale for 350.00

was discus : ed. Mr. Hasbrouck: volunteered to look up the deed and see if
any. provision . � : s made for a- right of way when the land was sold. to the
Town.
Mr, Peterson brought up .the nuestion of leaving the light on in the

and warrants drawn. on the Treasurer for the same. All present voted Aye.

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order by Mayor Anderson at 8:00 P.M., on the above date.
Upon roll call the following members were found present , Hasbrouck;
McIntyre, Newman, Sivers, and Young. Absent Peterson.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved as read.

upied. by the Ault Cafe, and because of fire hazard, have the same removed,
was . read. After some discussion in regard to the con it io of this building
Newman moved, Young seconded that as this building, located on lot No. 6
of Block No. 1 of the original Town of Ault is in bad re'air, s -jingles are
off in places, and is a fire menace e , and dangerous to � ubl is health and
safety, the same be an:. is here by declared a nuisAa::ce, by the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Ault, Colo. and shall be dealt with according to
