RESOLUTICN NO. 98-49

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE FERNWOOD AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, PROJECT 5-5200,
STPL 5250 (004), AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1997, the City Council awarded a contract to
Nobest, Inc. for the Fernwood Avenue Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on November 17, 1997, and was completed on
March 12, 1998; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Fernwood Avenue Reconstruction
Project, Project 5-5200, STPL 5250 (004), as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
