A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ALL-PRO FENCE
COMPANY, IN THE AMOLTNT OF $54,730.00, FOR THE LYNWOOD
CITY PARK SPORT FIELDS FENCE CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT
NIJMBER 5-5173, FISCAL YEAR 1997-98, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Fence Construction, Project
Number 5-5173 is scheduled for completion during FY 1997-98; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Fence Construction is funded by
the City's General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on March 10, 1998, and All-Pro Fence
Company, was the lowest responsible bidder at $54,730.00; and
WFIEREAS, a reference check has revealed that tkus contractor has the necessary
experience for ttris type of project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,

proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for t6e Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Fence
Construction, Project Number 5-5173, be awarded to All-Pro Fence Company, for its low bid of
$54,730.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and All-Pro Fence Company.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
