McIntyre suggested that the Town buy some rubbish cans to nut on the street. After a short discussion- McIntyre moved, Newman seconded that t% Town purchase one rubbish can and place it on the First National Bank corner as an experiment. All present •voted Aye. Yr. Young was appointed to purchase this can.. The tax levy for the year was discussed. Hasbrouck moved, Sivers second- ed that the following resolution be adopted. Be it resolved and ordered by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault, that there be and is hereby levied for, General purposes 3.5 mills $1675.31 Interest 4. mills 1:;=14.64 Payment o f Bonds 5.5 mills 2632.63 Special Imnrovemen t s 3.5 mills 1675.31 Total 16.5 mills $7723.81 The assessed valuation for the year 1927 was C478,660.00, Upon vote all .present voted Aye. The Mayor asked -that. t he chairm n of the different committees make a report on the years work at the next meeting. Town Clerk .REGULAR MEETING Dec. 6th, 1927 A regular meeting of the Board_ of Trustees of the Town of Ault, C&lo. was called to order by Mayor Anderson at 8 :00 P.M. on the above date. Upon roll call the followinc members were found present, Hasbrouck, Ne man, Peterson, Sivers, and Young. Absent McIntyre. The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read and approved as read. A letter from the United States National Co. in regard to payment of Bonds and Interest due Jan.lst, 1928 was read. No action taken. The Mayor stated that the frame building recently occupied by the Ault Cafe was being reodeled. SiverS stated that so..e of the propert o owners on this street were ob j ect i e to haveing the building remodeled as was intended by useing the original. ,galls. It was pointed out that the building was not conforming with the Fire Ordinance if it could be considered that, it was being rebuilt.
