Proposed State Route 91 Advisory Committee Meeting Calendar for the Year 2009 Laurena Weinert, Assistant Clerk of the Board, Orange County Transportation Authority, Overview Presented is the proposed State Route 91 Advisory Committee meeting calendar for 2009, depicting the Committee meeting dates for the year, which will coincide with the Riverside Orange Corridor Authority meeting dates. Recommendation Adopt the State Route 91 Advisory Committee meeting calendar for the year 2009. 5. 91 Express Lanes Monthly Status Reports Kirk Avila, General Manager of 91 Express Lanes, Orange ''County Transportation Authority Overview The 91 Express Lanes status reports for the months of November 2008 through April 2009 have been prepared for State Route 91 Advisory Committee review. The reports highlight operational and financial activities. Recommendation Receive and file the 91 Express Lanes Monthly Status Reports for the months of November 2008 through April 2009. State Route 91 Advisory Committee Operation Policy and Procedures Kirk Avila, General Manager of 91 Express Lanes, Orange County Transportation Authority Overview In 2003, the State Route 91 Advisory Committee adopted an operation policy and procedures, which established the rules for conduct of committee meetings. With the passage of Senate Bill 1316 (Chapter 714, Statutes of 2008), a new operation policy and procedures must be adopted by both the Orange County Transportation Authority and Riverside County Transportation Commission. Recommendation Approve the State Route 91 Advisory Committee Operation Policy and Procedures. Regular Calendar 7. Draft 2009 State Route 91 Implementation Plan Dan Phu, Section Manager of Project Development, Orange County Transportation Authority Overview Enabling legislation related to the 91 Express Lanes requires the Orange County Transportation Authority to annually issue a plan and proposed schedule for the Riverside Freeway (State Route 91) improvement projects eligible for funding by potential excess toll revenue. The Draft 2009 State Route 91 Implementation Plan is provided for review and approval. Recommendation Approve the Draft 2009 State Route 91 Implementation Plan.
