E1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LI'NWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK
CONCRETE WORK, pROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS BEING
COMPLETE
, W~~REAS, on July 1, 1997, the City Council awarded a contract of $333,355.00
to Lobana Engineering for the Lynwood City Park Concrete Work Project; and
WI~REAS, the project started on August 25, 1997, and was completed on March
18, 1998; and
VVHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $311,437.59 ; and
R'HEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREgpR~ the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Concrete Work,
Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
