A IiESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, A PUBLIC BODY, SELECTING
COMSITE USA, INC. AS A QUALIFIED TELECOMMUNICATION CONSULTANT
FOR THE C1TY ON LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood has recognized that the telecommunication industry
has evolved in its technology and has continued to expand with a variety of users; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood has adopted a comprehensive cellulaz
telecommunication ordinance which regulates all aspect of the cellular pole installation ; and,
WHEREAS, The City deems it necessary because of the complexity of the
telecommunication business to seek the assistance of a qualified consultant to help regulate and
provide the needed revenue to the City ; and,
WHEREAS, ComSite USA, Inc. has submitted a qualified proposal to the City for
consultation purposes and the City has reviewed the consultants proposal and considers this
consultant to be the best qualified for the task ; and,
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows :
Section 1. That the City Counsel approves ComSite USA, Inc as the telecommunication
consultant for the City of Lynwood.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
