E1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWpOD
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL A]YD pERFpRMANCE AUDIT
TO VASQUEZ FARUKHI & COMPANy AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF $10,000 TO COVER COST OF CONTRACT
SERVICES

programs and projects; and
WHERE,9S, four (4) firms responded within the fime frame allowed; and
WHEREfIS, the accounting firm of Vasquez Farukh; 8c Company is approved
due to its low bid; and
WHEREAS, Vasquez Farukhi & Company proposes an estimated cost of $1 Q000
to provide the services.
NOW, TBEREFORE, the City of Lynwood does hereby find, determine, and
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council awazds Vasquez Farukhi & Company the contract for
financial and performance audit for a cost not to exceed $10,000.
' Section 2. That the City Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a reement
with Vasquez Farulchi & Company, g
Section 3. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the following
appropriation:

Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
