RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2022-29
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BETH HALSEY TO COUNCIL
WHEREAS, on April 12, 2022, Beth Halsey was appointed to the City of Riverdale, Iowa, City Council via
Resolution 2022-29 A Resolution Appointing Beth Halsey to Council; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 2022-29 A Resolution Appointing Beth Halsey to Council stated the term end date
as "the certification of the next city election to be held the second Tuesday of November 2024;" and,
WHEREAS, upon consultation with James Martin, the Scott County Elections Manager, the term end date
for Beth Halsey's appointment is "the certification of the next city election to be held the second Tuesday
of November 2023."
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The term end date for Beth Halsey's appointment is amended to "the certification of the
next city election to be held the second Tuesday of November 2023."
