Section Two: There is hereby- levied andl appropriated a poll tax as
provided in Ordinance 'Jo. 17, of Three (0.00) Dollars upon every able—
bod.died male citi:-em between the asses of Twenty—one (21) years and fifty
(50) years of age, (excepting active members of the Ault Vol Fire Departmext,
and an honorably discharged soldier, sailor or Marine), to be collected as
provided in said Ordinance.

Hasbrouck moved, McIntyre.. seconded that $900.00 be take:: from General
Fund and credited to Salary Fund to take• up the overdraft as shown by the
Clerks report. All present voted Aye.
Young moved, Hasbrouck seconded that the meeting adjourn subject to the
call of the Mayor. All present voted Aye.

A regular meeting of the Zoard of Trustees of the Town of Ault, was
called to order by Mayor Anderson at 8 :00 P.M. on the above data.
Upon roll call the following members were found present, Hasbrc •
McIntyre, Newman, Peterson, Sivors, and young,. Absent None.
