A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING STAFF'S REPORT ON CONTRACT
CHANGE ORDERS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 1, 1998 THROUGH
APRIL 30, 1998
WHEREAS, on March 15, 1994, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.1932
amending Section 6-3.15 to the City ofLynwood Code pertaining to contract change orders; and
WHEREAS, Article F of said section specifies that a report on contract change
orders he prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, said report shall be prepared not less frequently than every three (3)
months; and
WHEREAS, the change order report for the period ofNovember 1, 1997 to
January 31, 1998 was approved by the City Council on February 3, 1998; and
WIIEREAS, the report for period from February ], 1998 to April 30, 1998 is now
due and herewith attached; and
WIIEREAS, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves staff s report on capital improvement
~ project contract change orders for the period ofFebruary 1, 1998 to April 3Q 1998.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
