Newman moved, Young seconded that when the Ordinance concerning dog
licenses is changed, it be worded to require all dog -owners to provide dogs
Pith, collars and display the license tag. All present voted Aye. The Clerk
was instructedto put a notation on the old licence Ordinance to this effect.
