WHEREAS, The City of Moab adopts the 1995/1996 Fiscal Year
Budgets as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 13, 1995 be, and the same are, hereby
ordered to show the adoption of the proposed budgets for the fiscal
year 1995/1996, as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City Council this 13th day of June ,
