A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the To ern of Ault,
was called to order by Mayor P ro-Iem^-.or. e Hasbrouck at 8 o'clock,
P.M. of the above date.
Upon roll call the following members wer e found present ,
Hasbrouck , McIntyre, Peterson , Sivers. Dr. Anderson arrived -
later and took charge of the meeting.. Absent Newman ,Young.
The minutes of the two ]::receding meetings were•read and
approved as lead.
The a ,_ Beat i on of J.4. Campbell ford building permit to
erect a one story brick store building of Fire Proof construction
was read. Moved by T.. H. Peterson , second by Roy Sivers that
J. `R. Cary -pail be given permit . All present voted Aye.
Sivers reported that he had been looking into the AirWay
sign matter and had talked it over With the man in charge of the
v were
Way stations and found out that the Ford `,Rotor peo eo pie wt*7 ere
planning on putting signs on the Roof of each agency thruought
the country . It was decided that nothing would be done at
present without first taking it urwith the local Ford Agent.
Sivers reported that the Carl buil ding was in good shape
as far as Safety was concerned and that the report that it
was unsafe had probably come from the fact that a couple of the
large beams had twisted due •to the weather , b ut found that
they in no way were in danger of giving a:--fay-
The Glide -veil Bros., bill for hauling gavel which had been
tabled at a. former meeting was again brought up and it was
decided to give the l ide ell Bros . , a -:a rrar for ..>40. oo they
having stated that they would settle in full for this amount.
The AArove mot ion being made by Sivers and seconded by Peterson.
All present voted Aye.
The Follo;:ring list of bills were read b r the finance Committe
and approved .

Moved Sivers Second by McIntyre that the meeting adjourN sbject
to the call of the Mayor . All present voted Aye.
