A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF THE MEN AND WOMEN
EMPLOYEE RESTROOMS AT THE NEW CITY YARD AND AUTHORIZE
THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY
APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide a safe and
efficient working environment for its employees; and
WHEREAS, the new men and women employee restrooms are
in need of additional work in order to be fully operational; and
WHEREAS, $8,500 are needed to complete the men and
women employee restrooms at the new Public Works Yard; and
WHEREAS, this proposed work is not listed in
FY 1992-93 CIP budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approve the completion
of the employee restrooms at the new Public Works Yard, and the
Director of Public Works is authorized to solicit bids for said
work.
Section 2. That the CityfManager or his designee is
authorized to make the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM
Street Lighting Fund
Unappropriated Fund Balance
$8,500
TO
Relocation of Corp. Yard
Project 5-5132
$8,500
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
