A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET
DEDICATION ON THE EASTERLY HALF PORTION
OF LOT 570, TRACT 2551, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 24 PAGES 78 - 80
INCLUSIVE OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the development at 3269 Flower Street, City of
Lynwood was required to dedicate a five foot wide strip to the City
for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that said easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, said street dedication has been analyzed and
approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the irrevocable .
offer of dedication of an easement for street purposes, as described
below:
The Southerly five feet (5') of the Easterly half portion
of the Lot 570 of Tract 2551, in the City of Lynwood,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded in
Book 24, pages 78 - 80 of maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County,
Assessors Map No.: 6171-013-042
Commonly known as: 3269 Flower Street
Section 2. That the above
offered for irrevocable dedication to
