A. regular meeting of the board of Trustees of t h e c.'en of Ault
was called order by Mayor Anderson at 8:00 o'clock on the. :;. above
date.
Upon roll call the folloY ing members were found :resent: -
Hasbrouck, Peterson, Newman, Ehn , Duncan, and ,:-c Inty re.
Absent none.
The minutes of the two revious meeting were read. and ordered
approved as read.
Yr. Pierce of the Eureka Fire Hose. Co., made a short selling
talk in regard to the qualities of different grades of Fire Hose.
Moved by Hasbrouck second by Ehn that the Town purchase LOOf t .
of the best grade Single Jacket Eureka Fire Hose at <'1, le
05 ft. s
2 % discount thirty days, Hose to be delivered at Ault for the

J. hodgers made application to be allowed to keep his store
open on Sundays.. Mayor Anderson turned down the application
and stated. for his reason that the Town has an Ordinance against it
which must be enforced. _ _

Larson ,<<, ith the following proposition: -
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault will give r. A. Larson
water in the gutter on .the east side of the
the right to run
Ault Liberty Park, said water not to exceed 80 Farmer's inches as
no-.. used .by the Water Supply & Storage Co. to measure water,
providing pay one half the cost of concrete gutter

The Town the other half, starting at the corner of 1st. Street and 1*
Avenue, and running south along the Park for the distance of one hung
red and twenty five feet. The gutter to be i of less the 32" wide and
5" thick and of good construction.
Mr. Larson to relinquish right in ditch starting on 1st. Avenue
at south to lot 1 Block 1, Graefe
Block 7 lot 1�, and. rurrs�.in�,
Addition. The Town will give Mr. Larson persission to run water
in the gutter for •the above mentioned distance providing no more
than eighty Farmer' s inches as now used by the Water Supply.

The above motion was seconded by Mr. Ehn on roll call
all present voted Aye..
The Street & Alley C om. to approve the above motion and present
same to Yr. . Larson for his al ,roval._
Propos tion regarding water reconsidered and ,ter will be allo:ed
to be run in any way thotX advisable by user. All water to be shut
off in case of fire . The above to stand untili further nottee.

Peterson stated Peddler had agreed takecare
Cemetary for 15 dollars for the first month and t12 per month
thereafter to continue for such time as the Board of Trustees deem
necessary.

Mr Hasbrouck resorted that he had talked with Mr. Gir arao t in

for sixty days.
