A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE CESAR
CHAVEZ LANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND PUBLIC
WORKS YARD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the issuance of
$5,200,000 million dollars in tax exempt revenue bonds for the
construction of capital improvement within the Landscape and
Lighting assessment Districts; and
WHEREAS, due to the importance of these capital
improvement projects, City Council desires to accelerate the
implementation of these projects; and
WHEREAS, a fund appropriation is needed to proceed with
the work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following fund appropriation:
