A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order by Mayor Anderson at 8 o'clock P. M. of the
•above data
• U onn roll call the following members were found present
Hasbrouck, Peterson, Newman, Ehn, Duncan, • and McIntyre . Absent none.
• Mr. A. Larson having turned down the proposition in regard to the
ditch run in -_ thru the Park the Committee in charge talked the
matter over with Mr. T. A. Nixon Attorney and mr. Nixon gave them
his written opinion on the matter. The text of the letter being
that in the absense of any agreement in regard to the tile ldr.
Larson would be responsible for -taking care of same, and inasmuch
as the tile was is the ditch and had been accepted by the owner of
the ditch and the Town , the, owner cannot create an open ditch..

the Town of Ault instruct the Town clerk to notify jam. h y A. Larson
that he can not run water in the Gutter on the East aide of Liberty k
Park Upon roll call all present vote aye.
Moved by Hasbrouck second by Fin that the Board adjourn subject
