B. Brewster Whitecaps (10 minutes)
The Brewster Whitecaps and the Cape Cod Baseball League requested permission for their
sponsor, Trackman, to install a small radar system at the Stony Brook field and the
Committee would like further discussion on the topic of fees.

D. FYI Budget Review(10 minutes)
Giovanna Venditti will review the expense reports.
E. Town Meeting Preparation (10 minutes)
The Committee will discuss preparation and attendance at Town Meeting.
The Committee will discuss the request by Selectmen to reduce the capital request
by$30,000 on Town Meeting floor.
F. Superintendent's Evaluation (10 minutes)
The Superintendent will update the Committee on the summative Evaluation process
and timelines.
G. Superintendent's Entry Plan(20 minutes)
The Superintendent will review his entry plan with the Committee.
H. Visioning Event Reflections (20 minutes)
The Committee will review and reflect upon findings from the 2010-11 Visioning Event.
