CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING
NOBEST INCORPORATE, IN THE
FOR THE MARTIN LUTHER KING
CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS PROJ
FY 1992-93

AMOUNT OF $36,144.00
JR. BOULEVARD
3CT, PROJECT NO. 5-5144,
WHEREAS, the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Concrete
Improvements Project, Project No. 5-5144, is scheduled for
completion during fiscal year 1992-1993, and is funded by
Propositions A; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on May 27, 1993 and
Nobest Incorporated was the lowest responsible bidder at
$36,144.00; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
company has the necessary experience.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the Martin Luther King
Jr. Boulevard Concrete Improvements Project, Project No. 5-5144,
be awarded to Nobest Incorporated for their low bid of
$36,144.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the agreement between the City of Lynwood and Nobest
Incorporated.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
June , 1993.
