A Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town
of -Ault was called to order by Mayor Anderson at 7: 30
P. M. of the above date.
• Upon roll call the following members were found present
Hasbrouck, Newman, Ehn, Duncan, and McIntyre. Absent
Peterson.
Minutes es of the previous two meetings were read and
aT' `roved as read.
The financial matters of the Town were talked over
and it was thot best to try _nd get along as cheaply as
possible for the coming month.
- r :'.a1=_ _.. ng presented a pro .cos L ion to the Board in regard
to Land Concerts for the summer. He suggested that the
Town pay the Band at the rate of 4.-0.00 per month for
'concerts every week or else a flat sum of `0 100.00 for
concerts every two weeks for 3 months.
Moved by Hasbrouck second by Ehn that the Board ray the
aton Band the sum of (.100.00 for concerts every two
weeks for the throe coming .months , payable in three
equal instalments.- U on roil call all present vote Aye.
The following bills were read and aw. rove_ byt the
Finance Committee.

business coming before the Board it was Moved by. Hasbrouck
second by J. Newman that the Board of Trustees adjourn
