Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present. David Gates appeared with regard to dedicating 30 feet on the two balk lots of Medina Creek Side Development for road through to the property behind the Development. Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we accept thirty foot quit claim deeds to the fronts of lots 3 and 4 under the dondition that Mr. Gates agrees to blacktopping it at the same time of the blacktopping of the street proposed for the plat. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson. Motion carried. Moved by Arthur Theis that we grant David Gates permission to proceed with building three 6-unit apartments on Medina Creek Side Development to be distributed in such a manner that it wont overload the ground for sewage. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter. Motion carried.
