RESOLUTION NO. 83 -2155
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ORDERING AN ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR THE 1983 -84 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT
LEVY FOR THE CITY WIDE LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has formed a city wide
Lighting District pursuant to the requirements of Article 4,
Chapter 1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972, and
WHEREAS, the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 requires
an annual Engineer's Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Dwight F. French is hereby appointed to prepare
a report pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 1, Division 15 of the
California Streets and Highways Code for the maintenance of
street lights within said City Wide District.
SECTION 2. Said report to be titled: "Engineer's
Report for the City Wide Lighting District 1983 -84 Fiscal
Year Levy."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1983.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1983, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers- Atkins, Dennis, Swain, Tyrell, Gillanders
