Regular meeting of To wn oard
A Regular mmetin6 of the Board of Trustees of The Town of
j1 1.t was called to order by Mayo1. Anderson wit 8:;,0 +_'. M. of
the above date.
Upon roil call the following members were found pre sent .-
Nedmn, fhn, McIntyre, and Peterson absent Hasbrouck and
Duncan.
Minutes of the prvious meeting were read and a. :roved
as read.
Statement o f Car th;if arrested by Mr. Tegtman read by
the Town Clerk and the Board express ed their ap: Yroval of the
o rk of Mr. Tegtman.
Bills were read by the Finance committee and approved
with the exception of the Blain Blake bill which was laid
aside by the committee for later action.

Moved by Newman second by Peterson that the Bills be allowed
and warrants drawn upon the Treasurer for the same. Upon
roll call all present voted Aye.
Moved by McIntyre second by Fhn that the Town Clerk eh
be empowered to is3ue deed to Mr. Schroll for two lots at
0.00 each in the Ault Cemetary ',Ton payment for s4..me . Uon

Murk instructed to insect toilets and sanitary
conditions in the Town with the Aid of 1,Ir. Tegtman and see
t he.t conditions are improved.
Mo v e d. by McIntyre second by Newman that rt,our i s t s be
charged at the rate of fifty cents per day after 6 days
for camping at the Ault Camp Grounds.
Upon roll call all present voted Aye.
Moved b Peterson second by Newman that The Potatoe
Groweres filling iitation be given a Permitt to Tap the
later main and get water at the same rate as now charged
for those outside of the Town limits. kentxxs Upon roll call

Moved by Peterson second by Newman that the Board
adjoun subject to the call of the Mayor. Upon roll call
all present voted aye.
