RESOLUTION APPROVING MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES' AMENDMENT #1
TO THE CITY HALL PARKING LOTS REVISIONS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2022, Council approved MSA Professional Services' City Hall Parking Lots
Revisions project in the amount of $12,100 (Resolution 2022-99); and,
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2023, at the scheduled bid opening, no sealed bids were received for the project;
and,
WHEREAS, MSA has submitted the attached MSA Professional Services' City Hall Parking Lots Revisions
project Amendment #1 in the amount of $3,900 for re -bidding the project; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is #301-210-6407 - Capital Improvement Engineering.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: MSA Professional Services' Amendment #1 to the City Hall Parking Lots Revisions project is
approved in the amount of $3,900.
SECTION 2: The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement.
