RESOLUTION APPOINTING GREG LEHMAN TO THE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted by section 372 of the Code of Iowa, and Chapters 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, and 21, of the City Code, the City Council makes various appointments to its board and
commissions as needed; and,
WHEREAS, the City has an open seat on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and,
WHEREAS, Greg Lehman has agreed to serve on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and,
WHEREAS, City Council wishes to appoint Greg Lehman; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Greg Lehman is appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the role of member for a
5 -year term ending 12/31/2027.
