RESOLUTION APPROVING MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES'
AMENDMENT #3 TO THE RIVERDALE GENERAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES 2022-2023 AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, on July 27, 2022, Council approved MSA Professional Services' Riverdale General Engineering
Services 2022-2023 Agreement in the amount of $16,000 (Resolution 2022-47); and,
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2022, Council approved MSA Professional Services' Riverdale General
Engineering Services 2022-2023 Agreement Amendment #1 in the amount of $2,000 for assistance with
public works related tasks and for determining budget prices for capital improvement projects
(Resolution 2022-100); and,
WHEREAS, on February 14, 2023, Council approved MSA Professional Services' Riverdale General
Engineering Services 2022-2023 Agreement Amendment #2 in the amount of $2,800 for additional
expenses in determining budget prices for capital improvement projects (Resolution 2023-015); and,
WHEREAS, MSA has submitted the attached MSA Professional Services' Riverdale General Engineering
Services 2022-2023 Agreement Amendment #3 in the amount of $5,200 for additional engineering
expenses; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is #301-210-6407 - Capital Improvement Engineering.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: MSA Professional Services' Amendment #3 to the General Engineering Services Agreement
is approved in the amount of $5,200.
SECTION 2: The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement.
