A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE FOUR
YEAR TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT, AREA 4,
FY 1992-1993, AS COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on March 5, 1991, the City Council approved
the renewal of the Four Year Tree Trimming contact with
California Western Arborists, Inc., for $628,435.00; and
WHEREAS, the work in Area 4 (FY 1992-93) started in
Feburary, 1993, and was completed in June 1993; and
WHEREAS, Area 4 is the second of the four areas of the
tree trimming cycle, with a cost of $114,066.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accept the tree
trimming in Area 4 of the Four Year Tree Maintenance Project,
FY 1992-93, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
