A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
AND POSITION PLAN AND HOURLY SALARY SCHEDULE
TO INCLUDE THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
adopted an Employee Classification and Position Plan and amended
same as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified a need for the inclusion
of an part-time Administrative Aide classification statement; and
WHEREAS, the City has a job description for a full-time
Administrative Aide which is also appropriate for a part-time
position; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate salary range has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and
Position Plan by including the classification statement for
Administrative Aide within the hourly section of the plan.
Section 2. Amend the hourly salary schedule by adding
the title of Administrative Aide at the salary range of $11.75 to
$14.28 an hour.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rr1 day of August 1993.
