A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MARTIN
LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD CONCRETE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5144 +,
AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1993, the City Council awarded a
contract of $36,144.00 to Nobest Incorporated for the Martin
Luther King Jr. Concrete Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 19, 1993 and was
completed on July 27, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$37,952.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Concrete Improvement Project,
Project 5-5144, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th______ day of
August 1993.
