WHF.RF.~S, t.he Cit,y Council of the City of L,y-nwood has
determined t.hat the easetment is necessary~ for t.he conaenience,
welfare, and saf'ety of the publ.ic; and
[+'HEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of' the (;ity sha.il bc served by t:he acceptance of said easement;
and
ttiHEREAS, street: dedicai:ion at 3517. Sanborn Acenue has
been analtized and approved by the Engineering Dieision; and
ti0[J, THF.REFORE, BE IT RESOI_.VED BY THE CIT1~ COIINCIL OF
LINWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The CitT' Council accepts the dedication to
the Cit~ of Lynwood of the easement for street wide~ning pur-
poses, as designated:
The Easterly 5.00 feet of the southerly one half of
Lot 268 of Tract. No. 2~~1 in the Citti of LS'nwood,
County of I.os Angeles, State of L"alifurnia,
recorded in book 24, pages 78-80 in the office of
(.he County Recorder of said County.
Section 2. That. the above described easement.s have
beeri offered for dedicat.ion t,o the City 6y Amado Z,aaalza (owner).
PASSED, APPROVEll and ADOPTED this 17th day of
