A RESOLL'TIOti OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF.
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR DEDICATION
FOR STREET WIDEN[NG PURPOSES AT ll131 VIRGI2vI.4 AVENUE

WHEREAS, the Ci.ty Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessarti for the convenience,
wel-fare, and safety of the pUblic; and
WHEREAS~ it has been determined t.hat the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement;
and
WHEREAS, street dedication at 11131 Viginia Avenue has
been analyzed and approeed by the Engineering Dicision; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B1 THE CITY" COliNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLI,OWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication to
the Citv of Lynwood of the easement; for street widening pur-
poses, as designated:
The F.asterl,y 5.00 feet of ].ot 166 and the easterly
5.00 feet. of the southerl,y one hal£ of lot. 167 of Tract
Iv'o. 7984 in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
Si.ate of C'alifornia, recorded in book 90, pages 34-36
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Section 2. That the above described easements have
beeri offered for dedication to the City by Sergio Lopez (owner~.
P9SSED, APPR.OVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of
