sell such equipment..
!~OW, THEREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the C'ity of Lynwood
does herehi- f~ind, proclaim, order and resolce as folloias:
Sect,ion 1. That the 1961 Cro~,^ Fire Engine caith single
stage pump, serial no. F1178 is found and
determined to be surplus.
Section 2. The Citv ?7anager and '~he llirector
of Piablic Works are directed to cause the sale of said surplus
equipment.
Sect.ion 3. This resolut.i.on shal]_ go into e-ffect
immedi.ately~ upon it.s adopt.i.on.
