Regular Meeting of Jan 8, 1921(
A re'r~ular meeting of the Town Ford of Trustees of the Town
of Ault was called to order by Mayor Anderson at 7:30 P. M.
of the above date .
Upon roll call the following members were found present: -
Duncan, Hasbrouck, Ehn, Peterson, and W absent Ne'lman and
McIntyre.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
as red.
The Treasurer's report was read and also the clerks for the
fiscal year ending Dec. 31, L928. No action taken untill aft,:_ r
the Auditing comrittee audits the Books.
The following Bills were reed by the Finance Committee and
approved by same.

Moved by Hasbrouck second by Peterson that the bills be allowed
and Warrants drawn upon the Trea. for the same.
Upon roll call all present voted Aye .
Moved by Peterson second By Ehn that Mr. C. L. Neisler be
appointed Treas. for the Town of Ault for the year 1929.
Upon. roll call all present voted Aye.
Moved by Peterson second by Ehn that the clerk be empowered
to exchange Typewriters and pay the difference of 20.00.
Upon roll call all present voted Aye.
Mr. Thwaits of the Douglas and Thwdts Engineers stated that
his Company would make the prliminary Survey of a Sewer System
for the Town f Ault for $150.00. The Survey to include plans
and ettmade,,in their office and to become the property of the
Town of Ault, providing their company was retained as EnineTre
in case the sewer system was built in a reasonable length of time.
Board took no action but sugres ted that Mr. Thwaits send a copy
of the contract and other references.

subject to the call of the Mayor .
