A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO B-1 ENTERPRISB
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $797,865.00 FOR THE
SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (5-5125)
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project is
scheduled for construction during fiscal year 1990-91, and is
financed by funds from the Landscape Maintenance Assessment
District and ICLFA; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on April 20, 1990,
and B-1 Enterprise Corporation was the lowest bidder; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
Contractor has the necessary experience.
NOW, THRREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the Sidewalk
Reconstruction Project (5-5125) be awarded to B-1 Enterprise
Corporation of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect imme-
diately upon its adoption.
