1990 anci was completed on April 25, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the final construction coet is; $166,456.00;
and
WHEREr1S, staff inspected the project and found it.
t.o t>e substantiall}- complete in accordance wit;h plans and speci-
fications.
VOW, THEREFORE, the City Couneil of the Cit,y° of L,ynkood
does hereY~,y- find, proclaim , order and resolve as follocas:
Section 1. That the Cit3~ Council aecepts the Bateman
Hail Deeorati~-e Pool Refurbishment F'roject. as being complete in
accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go int.o effect imme-
diately upon its adoption.
