A RESOLUTION OF THE CITP COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR CITY
ENGINEER'S SRRVICES WITH THE CONSt?LTING FIRM
OF LOCKMAN AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Citr is in need of City- Engineers
services; and
WHEREAS, these services can best be pro~ided at this
time by a consulting engineering firm; and
WHEREAS, several proposals from consulting engineering
firms have been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Lockman and Associates has the
most recent and City relevant experience and would therefore
provide the most cost effective services to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does herebti find, proclaim, order and resolve as follohs:
Section 1. That an engineering consulting
agreement with Lockman and Associates be approved to provide
, City~ Engineer's services.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediatel,y- upon its adoption.
