1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Blum called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redeve lo pment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:53 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member -Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu , Chavez , Blum
ABSENT: Member -None
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency
Secretary Bonus, Administrative Services Director

Community Developmen~ Director Forbes, and Assistant
to the City Manager/ Economic Development Manager

Agency Member Yu made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar.
Seconded by Vice Chair Chavez and carried by the following votes:

The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes of

Redevelopment Agency meeting November 4, 2014 .

The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 14-5052-SA
authorizing payment of bills.
