.A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AUCTIO:~ RESULTS ANU SBT'TItiG
ASIDF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE AUCTION TO DEFRAY PART
OF THE ICLFA EQUIPMENT PURCHASE LOAN
WHEREAS, the actual total realized from the auction is
$ 52,221.00; and
WHEREAS, The City Council approced authorizing the
purchase of fire pumper, refurbished snorkel truck, loader and
mower wit.h an ICLFA loan; and
NOW, THEREFORE~ the City Council of the Ci.tS of Lymwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council receice and file the
results of the May 19, 1990 auction.
Section 2. That the City Council set aside t.he
proceeds to defray part of the costs of the ICLFA loan to
purchase the equipment approeed by Cit.y Council.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this Sth day of June ,
1990.
