Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:03 p.m . in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Attorney Vai l reported that the City Council met in closed session and
received briefing from staff and City Attorney for Closed Session Items 4A. In

regards to Closed Session Item 48, City Council gave direction to the labor
negotiation team. There are no other reportable actions.
