A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF $8,965.00
TO THE CITY'S BLOCK GRANT ACCOUNT FROM THE CITY'S
GENERAL FUND.
' WHEREAS, HUD had determined that the City of Lynwood
exceeded it's Block Grant Planning and Administration cap for the
1988-89 Program Year; and
WHEREAS, HUD has determined that the Planning and
Administration cap was exceeded by $8,965.00; and
WHEREAS, HUD has recommended that the City reimburse
it's Block Grant Account by $8,965.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfer:
$8,965 From General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance 01-6699-6628
To HUD Account 28-33001
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective immediately
upon approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this _Sth _ day of
