A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE THREE
YEAR PLAN FOR PROPOSITION C PROJECTS,
FY 1993-94, FY 1994-95 AND FY 1995-96
WHEREAS, Proposition C is distributed and administered by
the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and
WHEREAS, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation
Authority's guidelines require local agencies to submit their Three
Year Plan for Prop C projects for FY 1993-94 through FY 1995-96.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City bf
Lynwood approve the Three Year Plan for Prop C projects, FY 1993-94,
FY 1994-95 and FY 1995-96, as listed below:

1. Imperial Highway Widening $170,000
Atlantic Avenue to Duncan Avenue
2. Atlantic Avenue Recon., Phase ILI $508,000
Fernwood Avenue to South City Limits
3. Intersection Improvement at $ 20,000

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
