A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD CONCRETE REPAIRS PROJECT, PHASE II,
PROJECT NO. 5-5143, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on May 24, 1993, the City Council awarded a
contract of $43,165.00 to Griffith Company for the Long Beach
Boulevard Concrete Repairs Project, Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the project started on August 9, 1993 and was
completed on August 19, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$48,644.85.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Long Beach Boulevard Boulevard Concrete Repairs Project, Phase
II, Project 5-5143, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
September , 19 9 3 .
