City Attorney Vail reported that the City Counci l met in closed sess ion regard ing
Closed Session Item 4A (only 1 anticipated litigation item was d iscussed ) and
rece ived briefing from staff and City Attorney. City Counci l also met regard ing
Closed Session Item 48 and City Counc i l gave direction to staff. There are no
other reportable actions .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :27p.m .
